Hello Daryell,

Thanks for your inquiry. The Blitz 55w HID kit emits up to 3,749 Lumen output. Also, a relay nor capacitors are necessary for a complete and working install, that is why they are not included with all our HID kits.

That being said, your setup and vehicle may require a relay and/or capacitors or both. The only way to determine this to install the unit without either and see if the lights flicker, turn on then off, or strobe.

If they do, then add the relay and re-test if the issue persists then add the capacitors and if the issue still continues remove the relay and leave the capacitors. Trying all three configuration will allow you to thoroughly troubleshoot any issues that come up before contacting us for further support, which we strongly encourage you to do at any time.

We recommend adding a OPT7 Anti-Flicker Wire Relay Harness for HID & LED Kit (excludes Fluxbeam LED 9003, 9004, 9008, H4, H13) $ 7.95
http://www.opt-7.com/anti-flicker-wire-relay-harness-for-hid-kit/

OPT7 ECM CAPACITORS (excludes Fluxbeam LED 9003, 9004, 9008, H4, H13):
http://www.opt-7.com/hid-kit-capacitors-warning-light-cancellors-pair/
