Delivery, Returns, and Cancellations with Klarna 

 

How do I cancel an order made through Klarna?

  • Cancellations are made by OPT-7 Store's cancellation policies. To cancel your order, please contact our support team via email or chat with us during normal business hours as soon as possible. If you have an outstanding Klarna balance and your cancellation hasn't registered by the due date, please contact Klarna for further assistance.

 

I have not yet received my order. What should I do?

  • If you have not yet received your order, please contact the OPT7 Customer Support Team which you made your purchase for tracking information. If you have an outstanding Klarna balance and haven't received the order by your due date, please contact Klarna for further assistance.

 

When will my order be delivered or shipped?

  • Your order will be shipped by our shipping team from which you made the purchase. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please contact our OPT7 customer service team to obtain tracking information.

 

What happens to my statements when I've made a return? 

  • Once we have receive your returns, we will issue the credit back into your original payment used on the order. Klarna will be able to re-adjust your statements accordingly. 

 

How do I return an order made with Klarna?

  • Submit a return here
  • All returns must be authorized by OPT7 or via the return system of the store from which you purchased the product
  • All authorized returns should include a RMA #, provided by the store of purchase
