"I've installed the control box directly to the frame of the speakers and it's still not working in Sound Sync Mode, what could be the problem?"

*If it is mounted to the frame on the speakers, make sure the front of the control box is facing towards the speakers directly to pick up the bass frequency. If not, it will not be able to properly work in Sound Sync mode.
