My OPT7 CONNECT APP only shows 2 modes only?

I've installed the control box directly to the frame of the speakers and it's still not working in Sound Sync Mode, what could be the problem?

*If it is mounted to the frame on the speakers, make sure the front of the control box is facing towards the speakers directly to pick up the bass frequency.
